Hello! My name is Shayna, and I’ve been with St. James since February of 2007. I love it here! We are blessed with a great community of families of all generations who love to grow in faith together.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, having graduated from Bethel College (now University) in May of 2000 with a degree in Youth Ministry. I spent seven years working with middle and high school students before discovering how much I truly love and enjoy family ministry.

In my free time I enjoy family time with my husband Joel and daughter Juliana; traveling, photography, spending time at our cabin with family and friends, Twins games, finding new recipes to cook and finding way too many cute things to sew (more than I actually have time for!). I also really, really love my morning coffee.
